  • Proven experience (of say 1-3 years) in a customer success, account management, or similar client-facing role within the B2B fintech/finance industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial technology products and services; familiarity with SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and achieving client success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Inbound/outbound customer success or proactive customer engagement strategies is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of technology would be an added advantage
